1.1 EncycloCareer offers refunds for services under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: You may request a full refund if you cancel your subscription or purchase within 7 days of the original transaction.

  • Technical issues: If you experience significant technical issues with our platform that prevent you from accessing or using the Services as intended, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Other exceptional circumstances: EncycloCareer may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for other exceptional circumstances, as determined by our sole discretion.

1.2 We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about using the Services, we cannot provide a refund.

  • Services already rendered: Once you have accessed and used the Services, we cannot issue a refund.
